PowerSchool’s Student Information System (SIS), HISD Connect offers information about students, including their contact information, enrollment, demographic data, and grades.
Each parent of a student is given an access ID, which can be used to create an account to access their student’s profile via the parent portal. In the case of students who did not receive access IDs, the school should contact their parents.

HISD Connect Login Guidelines
Step 1: The HISD Connect Student Portal official login page can be found by clicking on the link. A new tab will open when you click on this link: https://hisdconnect.houstonisd.org/public/.
Step 2: Log in with your username and password. These must have been given to you by Hisd Connect Student Portal, either at the time of signup or by the person who authorized you to use Hisd Connect Student Portal.
Step 3: The”successfully logged in” message should now appear. Congratulations, you are logged into the Hisd Connect Student Portal successfully.
HISD Connect Parent Portal Registration Guidelines
HISD Connect Parent Portal can be registered by following the steps outlined below.
Parent Account Details
Step 1: Enter your First Name and Last Name.
Step 2: Enter your Email Address.
Step 3: Re-enter your Email Address.
Step 4: Enter Your Desired Username
Step 5: Enter your Password
Step 6: Re-enter your Password for Confirmation.
Make sure that your password is at least eight characters long.
Student Details
Step 1: Enter Students Name.
Step 2: Enter the Access ID of the Student.
Step 3: Enter the Access Password provided by a higher authority.
Step 4: Select the Relationship with the student from the dropdown menu.
(With one account, you can register 7 Students ID)
